Shipping and Handling

All orders are packaged in our Melbourne, Australia studio and are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment clearance. Purchases made on weekends and/or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation notice to your registered email. Please note, all orders are final, and no cancellation of orders will be accepted. If your purchase is a matter of urgency, please email our customer service team with your full name and order number at  info@starfoods.com.au to ensure your order is sent out as soon as possible.

Please note we only ship within Australia.
FREE Standard Shipping with tracking for all orders (3-5 business days)
Express Shipping is $5 with tracking for all orders (1-3 business days). If you wish for your order to be express shipped please choose the option at checkout. 
Please note delivery to rural areas may take an extra 4-6 business days upon dispatchment.
Please note: Estimated time of delivery is to be used as a guide only and commences from date of dispatchment. Delays may be experienced due to public holidays, for remote areas, Customs, extreme weather conditions and local postal service issues, please note this is out of our control and we will ensure that your package gets delivered to you in a timely manner. Further, we do not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Returns
 There are no refunds/exchanges when purchasing this product.
